What we believe

  • Books that balance. Every invoice, purchase and job posts a voucher that balances. Posted vouchers are never edited; corrections are made by reversal, as an auditor expects.
  • Your data is yours. Each business's data is isolated in the database itself, not only in the application. Stock is shared with other businesses only if you switch it on.
  • Rules change, software should keep up. GST rates, thresholds and TDS sections are dated master data, so a rate change is a new entry, not a software update.
