The terms that apply when a business signs up for and uses Spanr.

The service
Spanr is software offered as a subscription. Plans, prices and limits are shown in the pricing section of spanr.in and in the app, and exclude GST.
Trials and subscriptions
A trial gives full use of the chosen plan for the trial period. When it ends, or when an invoice remains unpaid after its grace period, the account becomes read-only until a plan is paid. Data is not deleted because of non-payment, and it can be exported.
Your data
You own the records you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy and for the returns and filings you make with them. Spanr calculates GST and accounts from the rates and settings you maintain; check them with your tax adviser.
Acceptable use
Do not use Spanr to break the law, send messages people did not agree to receive, or try to reach another business's data.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and publish its status at status.spanr.in. Planned maintenance is announced in the app.
