Do I need the spare parts module to run a workshop?
No. A workshop-only plan records parts bought out for each job as outside purchases. Add the spare parts module when you want a store with stock.
Can the customer approve an estimate without an app?
Yes. They get a link on WhatsApp or SMS and approve with a one-time code. Every attempt is recorded.
How are insurance claims billed?
Each line is split by the insurer's share, the policy excess is moved to the customer, and two GST invoices are raised, each with its own place of supply.
Can technicians use it on their phones?
